The Service Station is located on the Boardwalk Level near the main entrance to The Pier Shops at Caesars. Attendants are always available to make your excursion special. Our staff will provide courteous assistance with store information, The Pier Shops at Caesars Gift Card sales, complimentary e-bulletin sign-ups, dining information and reservations and Atlantic City area information maps.

Friday-Saturday: 11am to 10pm

The Pier Shops at Caesars Gift Card is accepted at all stores and Restaurants within The Pier. The Pier Shops Gift Cards can be purchased in any amount from $25 to $5000 at The Service Station during all operating hours (service fees applies per card).
Corporate Gift Cards can be purchased in the Management Office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (service fees apply per card).
Wheelchairs can be rented at The Service Station with a valid photo ID.
