The Pier Shops at Caesars opens daily at 11:00 a.m.
The restrooms are located towards the center of The Pier on your right hand side, next to the Erwin Pearl jewelry store on the first level. The third level restrooms are located near The Trinity Pub in the Sun Court.
The Show is a light, water and sound show that takes place every hour on the hour. You can view The Show from all three levels at The Pier.
The restaurants are located on Level 3 of The Pier.
Gift cards can be purchased on the boardwalk level at The Service Station in denominations from $25 to $5,000. A service fee does apply. Please see The Service Station for complete details.
Yes, The Pier provides wheelchairs that can be used in our center. They can be rented at The Service Station with a photo ID.
The Pier has four levels at this time. Currently, three of the four are open. The first two levels, Boardwalk and Bridge, consists of retail and the third, Promenade, consists of the restaurants. The fourth level will be opening soon.
The Pier does not provide strollers.
The Pier does not have any coupon books at this time. However, you may register for The Pier's weekly ebulletin featuring sales and promotions from your favorite stores. Click on the "Receive our ebulletin" at the top of this page to register.
No, The Pier does not have an arcade. The Pier is a dining, retail and entertainment complex.
Yes, there are three ATM's located throughout the building.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at The Pier.
If you're an out-of-town visitor, you can visit the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority for upcoming events and more.
Elevators are located in the Sun Court area (mid-center) and also at the rear of the center near The Show.
Please report any lost or found item to our Service Station representatives or any of our security officers.
Lost and Found items are held at The Service Station which is located on the Boardwalk level near the front entrance.
